Where required, we will provide mechanisms for managing applicable non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
8. ANALYTICS, ADVERTISING, AND ONLINE TRACKING
We may use third-party analytics providers to understand website and Service usage.
Depending upon the technologies we use, third parties may collect information about your interactions with our Services and, in some circumstances, other websites or online services.

Certain disclosures of information for cross-context behavioral advertising may constitute “sharing” under California law even where no money is exchanged.
We evaluate our advertising and analytics practices under applicable privacy laws and provide opt-out mechanisms where required.
Do Not Track
Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to all browser-based Do Not Track signals, our Services may not respond to every such signal.
Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), we will process that signal as required by applicable law.

10. SALE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
CEO Business Services does not rent personal information to third parties merely for their independent use.
California privacy law defines “sale” and “sharing” more broadly than their ordinary meanings. Certain advertising or analytics arrangements may potentially constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law even when no money is exchanged.
Where CEO Business Services engages in activity that constitutes the sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law, eligible consumers will be provided the right to opt out as required by law.
Where applicable, this may include a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism and recognition of legally required opt-out preference signals.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under the age threshold prohibited by applicable California law without the required authorization.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND INTEGRATIONS
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, applications, payment services, social networks, scheduling services, video-conferencing providers, or other technologies.

Because these communications relate to Services or your account, you may not be able to opt out of all such communications while maintaining an active account or Service.
Marketing Email
You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in the communication or by contacting us.
Unsubscribing from marketing email does not necessarily stop transactional or administrative communications.
Text Messages
Where CEO Business Services offers SMS or text-message communications, any consent required for promotional text messages will be obtained separately where required by law.
Acceptance of this Privacy Policy alone does not constitute consent to receive promotional text messages.
14. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for periods reasonably necessary to accomplish the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Retention periods may depend upon:
- the duration of our relationship with you;

No Internet transmission, electronic storage system, or security system is completely secure.
Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
16. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

CEO Business Services may establish additional privacy-request mechanisms, including a dedicated privacy email address, web request form, toll-free number, or online privacy portal where appropriate or legally required.
We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
Verification may require us to match information you provide with information maintained in our systems or request additional information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity.
Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on behalf of a consumer. We may request appropriate documentation confirming the agent's authority and may verify the consumer's identity directly where permitted.
We will respond to verified requests within the periods required by applicable law.
Certain information may be exempt from a privacy request or may need to be retained for legal, security, transactional, contractual, or other permitted purposes.
18. NOTICE AT COLLECTION FOR CALIFORNIA CONSUMERS
Where required by California law, CEO Business Services will provide an appropriate Notice at Collection at or before the point where covered personal information is collected.
The Notice at Collection may identify:
- categories of personal information collected;
- purposes for which those categories are collected or used;
- whether information is sold or shared, where applicable;

Where applicable law requires consent to a new processing activity, we will seek that consent rather than relying solely upon continued use of the Services.
22. RELATIONSHIP TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE
Use of CEO Business Services is also governed by our Terms of Service.
The Terms of Service govern the contractual use of the Services, while this Privacy Policy describes our handling of personal information.
